With the huge shift in sustainability in the automotive industry, we’ve seen a surge in the popularity of electric cars. Global net human-caused emissions of carbon dioxide need to fall by about 45% from 2010 levels by 2030, reaching net zero around 2050. Electric vehicles (EVs) are much more environmentally friendly compared to the usual petrol car. Hence, the sudden rise in popularity.
As the majority of EVs are newly manufactured, it’s safe to say they’re on the more pricey side. Instead of buying these brand new, however, people are now looking to purchase used electric cars. This is because of the price difference.
That leaves us wondering which used electric cars are the best though. Each EV has their strengths and weaknesses, with some being more affordable than others. So, we’ve put together (what we think are) the top ten best second hand EVs there are.
